Brandon was an incredibly honest and professional repair man. In November of 2023, I ordered a new gaming PC from what turned out to be an untrustworthy company (Cyberpower PC). Not only did the power supply need to be replaced, but the bad power supply that came with the PC ended up frying the capacitors on my motherboard. Brandon replaced both with ease and my PC has never operated so smoothly! He was highly informative with the detail he provided in his diagnosis and I couldn't be more thankful. I would HIGHLY recommend using his services if you are anywhere near the Salisbury area

Brandon fixed a cracked screen on my Macbook Pro. From start to finish he was amazing and his price was nearly $200 cheaper than other local repair shops. He is 100% the best computer repair in all of Rowan County!!

Brandon helped me with upgrading a old computer that I had into a gaming pc. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. By the time he was done it was firing on all cylinders. The inside was cleaned up, graphics card installed, added a few fans and made sure they were all bringing in air and exhausting it in the right directions to keep it cool as possible, cable management looked great, and he even put new thermal paste on the processor. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and highly recommend anyone to call BLP PC Repairs for all of your computer needs.

Great service and response. Keep me informed on everything going on. Problem with my computer wasn't a simple fix as we thought even though took more time and work, he didn't do like most places I been to and start adding more cost or say couldn't be fixed. worked on it till it was better than before.

If you need someone knowledgeable & quick this is your guy. He replaced a power supply for me on short notice after I couldn't get the job done. I contacted him at 8am on Facebook. Dropped off my pc at lunch time & it was done by 1pm.

After trying multiple solutions to my computer not loading (leaving it in pieces), they located the issue with my CPU and had it returned and repaired within a few days. This guy is awesome. We called Geek squad and talked to so many people and no one could help us. We called him one day dropped the computer off the next morning and picked it up that SAME night!!! I purchased a computer from another computer shop..4 months later it was down! Brandon fixed it super fast at a very affordable price. I cracked the screen of my Lenovo touchscreen laptop and called a few different PC repair shops, and was told they don't repair touchscreen. I emailed BLP and received an email back from owner Brandon saying he could fix it. Throughout the process he explained exactly what needed to be done and kept me up to date with the what he would do to fix it. He sent me the link so I could purchase the part myself, so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and had it mailed to my address. I dropped off the part and Brandon kept me in the loop on the process. Customer service was excellent. I got my computer back as good if not better than before condition. The service was so good that I am writing my first google review of my life. I ran into a critical hardware issue after bringing down my desktop from NY. After finding BLP on Google, I decided to give them a shot based on previous positive reviews instead of calling Geek Squad or any other major shop. Brandon offered to troubleshoot my issue for free over the phone before asking me to bring in my desktop which was very generous. Unfortunately my issue required a skilled repair but he promptly took in my comp and was very communicative in letting me know what had to be done. He was very thorough and - to be frank - had my computer running better than when I purchased it. On top of all that, Brandon did all the work efficiently and at a suppppper reasonable price. At this point, I will be driving from NY for any future repairs - IT WAS THAT GOOD. If you value honesty, integrity and good work this is your place. Brandon was very helpful when I called at 11pm at night to drop off my cpu the next day,when he quotes you a time he is on the dot with it. I highly recommend this facility for any and all cpu needs. Price was very fair and he offered to even work with me on a price as well as help me order parts. If you are serious about your cpu there is no need to go to some big box store to lose your money when you can get better prices,work,and quality from this place.
